Grant City will soon witness a business transformation flowering on Front Street with the opening of The Petaler. This transformation is occurring because Tyler and Lynsie Steele were able to purchase the business Flowers n’ Things from owners Beth and David Meek, and are christening it with a new name, The Petaler. At the same time, they are transforming their own dreams of owning a business into a reality. Tyler and Lynsie will be opening their new enterprise on Monday, January 18th, 2016, and are hoping that the curious, the inquisitive and prospective customers will want to check them out.

In working out a plan for their enterprise, they vow to continue to offer high quality affordable floral arrangements and gift items. But they also hope to introduce some new aspects to the business, including a line of instructional arts and crafts classes which currently will take the form of painting parties. They advise all interested parties to watch for announcements and ads in the newspaper.

Northwest Missouri Enterprise Facilitation is hosting a Business Celebration for The Petaler on January 29, 2016, at 1:00 P.M. at their store location, 317 S. Front Street, Grant City, MO 64456.  The public is invited to attend.
