Entry participation fee is FREE. You will be responsible for the necessary paperwork to obtain your State Picnic License and sending your applications for both City of Mound City and Holt County Licenses to our address, however we will be assuming the fees for both the city and county licenses. Information needed to complete your application process has been attached.
